Autumn sky

warm humid air –
moving the white curtains –
evening dance
***
sound of scurrying in the grasses-
small brown rabbits leap in the field –
the yip of a fox
***
night sounds –
low hum of the refrigerator,
trilling song of frogs,
the wings of owls
