Spring in the Key of V

Dawns velocity breaks
Across the vehemently blue sky.
Vivacious Spring flings the valiant greens
Throughout the victorious hills,
Where acid green viciously pools
Along the rocks and vagabond paths.
Verdant in the veneer,
Tulips in their vermillion vernacular
Nod to the virtuous narcissus.
Victims of the vernal day,
Evenings retreat to valleys
Veiled in voluminous blossoms,
Visions of violet and verbena.
Songs and vesper prayers
Of vitreous frogs vying
For velvet nights and stars
Vibrant in the vaulted heavens.
